Seismologist Hugerbits, who predicted the tragedy in Turkey, spoke about the mega-earthquake in March
According to Rossiyskaya Gazeta, the Dutch seismologist Frank Hougerbits , who predicted devastating earthquakes in Turkey and Syria , said that a new mega-earthquake would occur on Earth in March.
The report from the Solar System Geometry Survey (SSGEOS) scientific institute, where the scientist works, says that the approach of the planets on March 2 and 5 can lead to very large seismic activity. A series of earthquakes can occur from March 3 to March 7, 2023.
The magnitude of the tremors can be 8.5 points and higher.
The institute also named the regions that fell into the so-called red zone: these are the south of Japan , Indonesia , Pakistan , Greece , Portugal and part of North America.
Russia is also on this list. Frank Hugerbits believes that a devastating earthquake could occur in the Kuril Islands.
Earlier it became known that the death toll from earthquakes in Turkey rose to 45,089.
