“You can see it in the structure of the meat fibers. We need to get a histological section of the fibers and compare it with the reference image from the atlas,” he explained.
Freezing dates, however, are rarely violated – when the expiration date expires, the meat can be used for the production of semi-finished products or other products.
“After all, at the expiration date, another product can be developed, and the next one can be made from this product,” Minaev added.
