The Soyuz-2.1a rocket, after launching from the Baikonur cosmodrome, launched the Soyuz MS-23 spacecraft into low-Earth orbit, which will have a two-day unmanned flight to the International Space Station, a RIA Novosti correspondent reports from the Mission Control Center near Moscow, where launch broadcast.

“There is a department of the Soyuz MS-23 transport spacecraft. The Soyuz MS-23 spacecraft has been put into orbit as an artificial Earth satellite,” the launch commentator said.

According to him, the outer elements of the ship, including its solar panels, are fully exposed.
