Rosbank has successfully transferred its digital employees to the Russian robotic platform. The migration was completed in November 2022, Interros reports .
Digital employees are engaged in working with clients, financial monitoring, processing bank correspondence and collecting information for decision making. For example, in 2022 they processed more than 250,000 requests from government agencies and sent more than 15,000 reports and notifications to clients.
In the future, Rosbank plans to launch a project, thanks to which each employee will receive their own digital assistant.
