Gazprombank launched a new mobile bank

Gazprombank has launched a new mobile application for individuals. This is a digital financial service with a personalized approach to clients. Minimalistic design, customization of sections “for yourself”, fast operation of the application.

A unique technology platform has been developed for the new mobile bank. It provides high performance and security. For customers, this means fast application performance and many new features in the future.

In the new mobile bank, special emphasis is placed on personalization. Now each user can independently customize the main screen: change, move, hide and rename elements, assign a “main” card, and even hide the balance on the account. The application received a minimalistic design and easy access to the products that customers use most often.

All financial products are collected in a single section “catalogue”. There are filters for deposits and a calculator: with its help it is easier to choose a way to increase your finances. The application has an educational section “Academy”. Here you can improve financial literacy and understand the features of banking products and services.

“The high level of technological maturity of Gazprombank made it possible to develop and launch a new version of the mobile bank within the shortest possible time, a convenient modern everyday tool that meets all the requirements of one of the most developed markets in terms of digitalization in the world. For this important project, a special technological platform was created, which makes it possible to quickly scale the functionality of the application and provides high resistance to loads. From the digitalization of banking services, we have moved to the next level of development of financial services, where the client can easily manage all products in one of two points – our mobile application or Internet banking,” commented Dmitry Zauers, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Gazprombank.

“Our goal for the year was to create completely new customer service channels: mobile and Internet banking that meet all modern standards. To do this, the bank had to restructure the work of teams, form and build up in-house competence centers. As a result, we launched new online services with a flexible architecture that allows us to reduce the time it takes to launch product functionality,” said Pavel Naumov, Vice President, Head of the Digital Business Department at Gazprombank.
