Russian President Vladimir Putin, in his message to the Federal Assembly , instructed the government to appoint a reserve in order to expand the program of housing certificates for young scientists.
Putin recalled that in 2022, an additional 1 billion rubles were allocated. to support the housing acquisition program for young Russian scientists.
“I instruct the government to identify reserves for expanding this program,” he said.
“We must provide scientists with greater freedom for creativity,” the head of state summed up.
Earlier it became known that the government of the Russian Federation expanded the program to provide affordable and comfortable housing for young scientists. The corresponding decree was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin , informs the press service of the Cabinet.
