Refreshed Moto G Stylus renders show a whole new design

Is this the next Moto G Stylus phone? If so, we can expect some changes from the previous model.

A new render allegedly showing the Moto G Stylus 2023 could be a major redesign for the product.

Motorola last unveiled the Moto G Stylus in 2022, but it looks like there will be an update in 2023. And considering render images are already emerging, it’s unlikely we’ll have to wait too long for the new phone to be officially unveiled.

The render, shared by @OnLeaks on Twitter, shows the front and back of the phone. It’s the rear that sees the biggest changes we can see, starting with a redesigned camera area. Not only has the shape of the camera hump changed, but we also see one less camera.

The new dual-camera setup could mean the updated Moto G Stylus will ditch the previous model’s depth sensor, but we’ve yet to see anything official – or more leaks – to be sure. That might not be the biggest problem depending on how much you actually use the thing.

As for the rest of the phone, we know next to nothing about it. This is the first real leak we’ve seen for the Moto G 2023 Stylus, but we can try to glean some ideas from what we’re seeing here.

These include what appears to be a central selfie camera with hole punching and, of course, the stylus silo. The back looks like a matte affair, which might help it feel more premium in hand.

But that’s about it. The bezels look nice and thin for the most part, but we’ll have to wait for more information before we can get a proper look at this device. Hopefully we will get this information sooner rather than later.
