The problems began at about 17.30 Moscow time, and the maximum number of complaints was received at about 17:50. Most complaints came from Holland: about two thousand. Users from Britain, Italy, Germany, the USA, Canada, France and Spain also had problems.
The most common problem is sending messages. In addition, there are complaints about the operation of the application and the connection to the server.
