Hackers have stolen the data of 37 million users of the mobile operator T-Mobile in the United States. The company announced this yesterday after the US stock market closed. According to T-Mobile, the cyber attack was discovered on January 5th. It was said to have been successfully stopped in less than 24 hours.
According to preliminary findings, phone numbers, birth information, and billing addresses may have been stolen, but no passwords, credit card, or social security numbers. According to T-Mobile, customer accounts and financial data are not affected.
